Ryan's nephew turned the big o-n-e a few weeks ago. We had a great time at his birthday party. I still can't believe how many presents he received... Lucky little guy!

Tropical Garments
An old building here in Tampa catches my eye every time I pass by on my way to school. When I finally stopped and took some shots, a young man pulled up in his car and explained that this building used to be a fabric manufacturer called Tropical Garments. He told me how his mother worked all throughout the day in the sweltering heat (for, of course, there were no air conditioners at the time of this building's functionality) in order to come home after dark and feed her children. Accounts like his truly put life into perspective.
