I enjoyed a fabulous semester abroad in beautiful Salamanca, Spain. I traveled other parts of the country as well. Here's a photographic summary. My heart is aching to go back...

Looking back

This week, I will be posting mass snapshot blogs of some of my previous work. I will attempt to categorize them as well as possible.

These photos are from this past summer when I had the opportunity to put together a slide show for the final performance at Fleming Fine Arts Camp here in Tampa. The kids had a great time goofing off in front of the camera, and I could not have been happier with the outcome. Children are hysterically shameless, and over the two week period that I spent behind my camera, I learned that the candid shots truly display how full of life their spirits are.

Nina Marie

It goes without saying that my niece is my favorite subject. She's such a doll! I have accumulated hundreds of photos over the last seven months, and it would be absolutely preposterous to post all of them (although it's quite tempting). So I bit the bullet and chose a select few of my favorites.

A new year!

I love living in Florida. It's one of the only places in the States where you can celebrate the new year by lying on the beach... or by taking photos of freshly bloomed flowers. Here are a few snapshots from my front and back yard. Happy January! :]
